About Holly Lodge Residential Home
Here at Holly Lodge Residential Home, we are proud to offer a warm and genuinely homely environment for the people who come to live with us in Chatham, Medway. Our focus is on getting to know each person as an individual, understanding what matters to them and making sure they feel comfortable, valued and at ease from the moment they arrive. We provide residential care for older adults, as well as specialist support for people living with dementia. We also offer respite care for those who need a short stay, whether to recover after a hospital visit or to give a family carer some time to rest. Whatever brings someone to Holly Lodge, we approach their care with the same thoughtfulness and attention. Supporting people with dementia is something we take seriously. We know how much the environment and the relationships around a person can affect their wellbeing, so we work hard to create routines and a calm atmosphere that help people feel secure and familiar rather than unsettled. For families, choosing a care home is rarely straightforward, and we understand the trust you place in us when you do. We encourage family members to stay involved, to visit, and to speak openly with our team about how their loved one is getting on. Communication matters to us and we would always rather have an honest conversation than leave anyone feeling uncertain. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated Holly Lodge as good, and we use that feedback to keep reflecting on how we can continue to improve. If you would like to find out more or come and have a look around, we would be very happy to welcome you. Please do get in touch and we can arrange a time that suits you.
