About St Paul's Care Home
St Paul's Care Home is a care home in Lincoln. We provide residential care for older people, and we support people living with dementia, people with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment and people managing a mental health condition. Respite stays are available alongside permanent places. Supporting that range of people under one roof works only if nobody is treated as a category. Somebody in the later stages of dementia and somebody who has managed a mental health condition for thirty years need almost opposite things from us. So we sit down with each person, work out what their week should actually contain, and arrange staffing around that rather than the reverse. Residents decide how their own day runs, keep their own things around them and see visitors when it suits them. Where sight or hearing has failed, we say who has come into the room, describe what is happening and keep belongings where the person expects to find them. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please come and visit if you are considering care in Lincoln, and talk to the people living here as well as to us.
