About OSJCT Hartsholme House
Here at Hartsholme House, we are a care home situated in Lincoln, Lincolnshire, and we are proud to provide a warm and genuinely homely environment for the older people we support every day. Our team here offers residential care, dementia care and respite care, meaning we are well placed to support people at different stages of life and through varying circumstances. Whether someone moves in with us permanently or comes to stay for a shorter period to recover or give a family carer some breathing space, we work hard to make sure every person feels known, valued and at ease from the moment they arrive. Dementia care is something we take particularly seriously. We understand how much it matters that someone living with dementia feels safe, calm and familiar with their surroundings and the people around them. Our approach is person centred, which means we take the time to understand each individual, their history, their preferences and what matters most to them, and we build care around that rather than the other way around. We are enormously proud that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an Outstanding overall rating. That recognition reflects the commitment our whole team brings to the people who live with us, and it is something we work to uphold every single day rather than simply point to on a wall. Lincoln is a wonderful city and we make the most of being part of its community, whether that is through outings, visitors or simply the everyday connections that help people feel part of something larger than four walls. If you are considering Hartsholme House for yourself or for someone you love, we would very much welcome the chance to show you around and have a proper conversation about how we might help.
