About Ridgeway Care Centre
Here at Ridgeway Care Centre, we are proud to be a care home rooted in the heart of Lincoln, Lincolnshire, providing a place where residents genuinely feel at home. We support a range of people including older adults, those living with dementia, younger adults, and individuals who need short term respite care, so our team has built up a broad depth of experience across these different areas. Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, which reflects the effort our whole team puts in day to day. We do not take that lightly. It tells us we are on the right track, and it gives families reassurance when they are making what can be a very significant decision about a loved one's care. For those living with dementia, we understand how important familiarity, routine and a calm environment can be. We work closely with residents and their families to understand individual histories, preferences and needs, so that the care we provide feels personal rather than generic. Respite care is something we approach with the same level of attention as long term residential care. Whether someone is staying with us for a few weeks to give a family carer a rest, or while recovering from an illness, we want that time here to feel comfortable and settled. We know that choosing a care home is not a straightforward process, and we welcome anyone who would like to come and visit us, meet the team, and get a proper sense of what life here looks like. Lincoln is a city we are genuinely connected to, and many of our residents have roots here, which matters to us. If you would like to find out more about Ridgeway Care Centre or discuss whether we might be the right fit for you or your family, please do get in touch. We are always happy to talk.
