About The New Bungalow
Here at The New Bungalow, we offer residential care for adults in a warm and homely setting in Ashford, Kent. We support people with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities, and we also provide respite care for those who need a short break or some extra support for a short period of time. We understand that choosing a care home is one of the most important decisions a person and their family can make, and we do not take that lightly. From the very first conversation, we aim to make people feel at ease, take the time to understand what matters most to each individual, and make sure that our home genuinely feels like their home. Our team works hard to support each person to live as independently as possible, with care and support that is built around the individual rather than a one size fits all approach. We get to know the people we support really well, their preferences, their routines, their interests and the things that make them smile, and we use that knowledge every day in how we care for them. We are proud to have received a rating of good from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment of everyone in our team to providing care that is safe, respectful and person centred. That said, we never stand still and are always looking at how we can do things better. If you are considering The New Bungalow for yourself or someone you care about, we would love to hear from you. We welcome visits and are happy to answer any questions you might have. We believe the best way to understand what we are about is simply to come and see us for yourself.
