About Phoenix House
Here at Phoenix House, we are a nursing home based in Northampton, West Northamptonshire, and we are proud to offer a warm and genuinely caring environment for the people who live with us. We support a wide range of needs under one roof. Our specialisms include older person care, nursing care, mental health support, younger adults, and respite care. This means we are able to welcome people at different stages of life and with varying levels of need, whether they are joining us for a short break or making Phoenix House their long term home. Each person who comes through our doors is an individual, and we take the time to understand what matters to them, what their routines look like, and how we can best support their wellbeing day to day. Our nursing care provision means that people with more complex health needs can be supported by registered nurses alongside our wider care team. We work closely with GPs, community health professionals, and families to make sure that care plans reflect the whole person rather than just a diagnosis or condition. We were pleased to receive a rating of "good" from the Care Quality Commission at our most recent inspection. We see this as an honest reflection of the work our team puts in every day, but we also know there is always more we can do and we continue to look for ways to improve. For those who are considering respite care, perhaps while a regular carer takes a break or while someone recovers following a hospital stay, we aim to make that transition as easy and comfortable as possible. If you would like to find out more about life at Phoenix House or to arrange a visit, we would be very happy to hear from you.
