About Rosevilla Nursing Home
Rosevilla Nursing Home in Stafford provides nursing care for older people and younger adults, with qualified nurses on hand throughout the day and night. Health needs are therefore met on site by people who know the resident, rather than through repeated journeys elsewhere. We support residents living with dementia and people living with a physical disability. Our nursing work covers medication, mobility, nutrition, skin care, pain and comfort, and we pay close attention to the quieter signals of change. For residents living with dementia we keep routines familiar, give notice before anything is different, work at each person's pace and treat distress as something with a cause. We want the place to feel domestic rather than clinical, so rooms are personalised, residents decide how their days run, and relatives are welcome whenever they can come. Respite stays are available for people needing nursing care for a short period. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is Requires Improvement. We would rather set that out ourselves than have you find it elsewhere. We understood the findings, we have been working through them, and we are happy to discuss exactly what has changed and what remains in hand. Please come and visit at an ordinary hour and judge us on what you actually see.
