We are Briarcare, based in Sudbury and providing care at home to people across this part of Suffolk. We work with older people and people living with dementia, and with younger adults who need support to manage at home. Our work is home care in the plainest sense. We visit people where they live and help with whatever has become difficult, so that moving into a care setting does not become the only option left on the table.
