We are Hilltop House, and we provide care and support in people's own homes across Bury St Edmunds and the surrounding parts of Suffolk. Our work is with adults with physical disabilities and younger adults. We have kept our focus narrow on purpose. Supporting somebody with a physical disability well depends on detail: equipment that fits and is used properly, transfers done safely and without indignity, and staff who know exactly how a particular person likes things done.
