Cambridge Care Company provides care and support to people in their own homes in Newmarket and the surrounding part of Suffolk. We work with people living with dementia, people with learning disabilities, autistic people, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss. Where somebody has a physical disability we look closely at equipment and transfers. Where sight or hearing is affected we think about how we announce ourselves. This is a rural area and rotas that look efficient on paper often leave people waiting, so we build ours around real distances.
