About Xen Care Services

Xen Care provides care and support in people's own homes in Ipswich and across Suffolk. We work with older people, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions and younger adults. The work covers personal care, medication, meals, mobility, household jobs, shopping, appointments and proper company, and for some of the people we support it looks quite different, with somebody alongside them at college, at a group or on the bus. Real improvement comes from listening to the people we visit and then acting rather than recording. That is where our attention sits, and anybody is welcome to hold us to it.
