Everything begins with a proper conversation in your own home about your routine, your preferences and where help would make the biggest difference. Some people need one short call a day and others need several, or support overnight, and we are happy to start small and adjust as things change. Keeping the same carers visiting the same people is something we protect. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and we are glad to be asked about our training, our staffing and how we handle concerns. Families usually want two things from an agency.
