Purely Care supports people in their own homes in Norwich and across Norfolk. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, autistic adults and people with a learning disability, people managing mental ill health, adults with physical disabilities, people with sight or hearing loss and younger adults. Care at home should fit round somebody's life rather than rearrange it, so we begin by asking what a person actually wants help with, what they can still manage themselves and what they would rather we left alone. That becomes a plan written in plain language, agreed with the person, and changed when circumstances change. For younger adults it often means support to get to work or college rather than help winding down. For those living with dementia it means the same carers and the same routine. We want to be straightforward about our regulator rather than leave you to find out elsewhere. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission found that we require improvement. There is an action plan covering the points raised and we are working through it with our office and field teams. We will talk anyone considering us through what was found, what has changed and what remains in hand, and we are glad to put you in touch with people we already support.
