About Nouveau Care

We are a home care agency based in Norwich, supporting people in their own homes across Norfolk. We visit older people, including many living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people living with sight or hearing loss, and younger adults who need support with daily life. The support we provide is shaped around the person rather than around a standard package. Sometimes that is a short morning call to help with getting up, washing and dressing. Sometimes it is help with medication, meals and the running of a household. Sometimes it is several visits a day, because that is what keeps staying at home realistic. We agree what is needed at the outset, write it down plainly and change it when circumstances do. We want to be open about our regulatory position. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We are working through the points raised with us, and we would far rather tell you that ourselves than have you find it out after a decision has been made.
