Our support is designed around the person rather than around our rota, and it can be anything from a brief call to check that somebody is up, safe and has taken their medication, through to several hours of help each day. We plan our rounds so that people in the villages get the same reliable service as those in the city. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have not yet been given an overall rating.
