About BB Healthcare

BB Healthcare supports adults in their own homes in King's Lynn and across west Norfolk. The people we visit are varied. Older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, people living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities, people whose sight or hearing has changed, and people whose difficulties involve an eating disorder or the use of alcohol or drugs. With that range there is no standard package, and we do not offer one. We start by understanding how somebody's day actually goes, what they still do for themselves and want to keep doing, where the real difficulties are and who else is already involved. Then we agree support that fits, put it in plain writing and change it as things change. Continuity is the part we guard most carefully. The same carers going to the same homes is what allows trust to build, especially where somebody has been let down before, and it is how our staff notice that a person is eating less, sleeping badly or becoming unwell. In a rural county that noticing matters a great deal, because there may be nobody else calling in. We work alongside GPs, community teams, social workers and specialist support rather than in parallel with them, and we raise concerns promptly. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss support at home.
