About Proactive Medicare
We are Proactive Medicare, a home care agency supporting people in and around Rayleigh in Essex. Our carers come to people at home, fitting around the life that is already there rather than asking anyone to reorganise their day around us. We support older people with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping and the ordinary tasks that become harder over time, and we sit with people who would otherwise spend long stretches on their own.
