About Hope Homecare Services
We are Hope Homecare, a home care provider working in Harlow and across Essex. Our support is delivered in people's own homes, and we take the view that our job is to fit around the life somebody already has rather than reorganise it for our convenience. The people we visit are varied. We support older adults who need help with personal care, medication, meals or simply getting safely through the day. We support adults living with dementia, where familiarity and patience count for more than anything else, and adults with a learning disability or autism, where the aim is usually to build confidence and independence rather than to do things for people. We work with people living with mental health conditions, with people who have physical disabilities, and with people who have a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we communicate so that decisions stay in the hands of the person they concern. We also support younger adults, whose priorities and daily lives are quite different and are planned separately.
