About Home Instead
We are the Home Instead office serving Frinton on Sea and the surrounding part of Essex, providing care to people in their own homes. Most of our work is with older people and a great deal of it is with people living with dementia. We also support autistic adults and adults with a learning disability, people managing mental health conditions, people with a physical disability and people with a visual or hearing impairment.
