About Weston Business Centre
We provide care and support in people's own homes across Colchester and the surrounding parts of Essex. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing mental ill health, adults with physical disabilities, people with visual or hearing impairments, younger adults and people living with eating disorders. That is a wide range, and we take it on deliberately. We protect continuity of staff as far as we can, keep families and professionals properly informed, and raise concerns early rather than waiting for a crisis. The Care Quality Commission rated us good at our most recent inspection. We are glad to meet, listen to what is actually needed and say plainly whether we are the right fit.
