About Community Support & Enabling Service
Essex Community Support and Enabling works with people in their own homes and in the community across Colchester and the surrounding parts of Essex. We support older people and younger adults, including people with a learning disability, autistic people, people living with a mental health condition and people with physical disabilities. We plan with people rather than for them, in a form they can actually use, and we expect plans to change when somebody changes their mind.
