We are Glenavon Care, a home care agency based in Chelmsford and supporting adults across Essex. We visit people in their own homes, helping with what has become difficult and leaving alone what they manage perfectly well. We support older people and people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities or autism, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment, and younger adults who need help with daily life.
