The same small team, introduced properly, arriving when we said and staying for the time agreed. Where somebody is living with dementia, or autistic, or cannot see or hear well, a familiar face and a predictable routine do more good than anything else we could offer. Support covers personal care, medication, meals and drinks, housework and laundry, shopping, getting out to appointments or somewhere sociable, and company. Where somebody has an eating disorder we make sure the people visiting understand what is needed and we work alongside the relevant clinical teams.
