About Fareni Lifecare
Fareni Lifecare provides care at home for people in Braintree and the surrounding parts of Essex. We help with as much or as little as somebody needs, from a short call each day to several visits, and we arrange it around the household rather than asking the household to work around us. Most of our work is with older people. We help with washing and dressing, prompting and support with medication, meals and drinks, laundry, shopping and keeping the home comfortable. We also help people get out of the house, to an appointment, to the shops or simply for some air, and we make time for the conversation that goes with it. For people living with dementia we keep the same care workers going into the same homes wherever the rota allows, work with the routine the household already has and avoid moving things about. A familiar voice at the door takes the anxiety out of a visit before it has begun. For people with a physical disability we help with safe moving and with managing day to day as independently as possible.
