Together Care is a home care agency in Basildon, supporting adults in their own homes across the area. The people we work with are a broad mix: older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability and autistic adults, people with a physical disability or a sensory impairment, and people managing a mental health condition. That range means there is no single way of working, and we plan each person's support individually. We also try to be honest about limits.
