About Caring 4 All
We are Caring 4 All, and we support older people in their own homes in Hailsham and the surrounding parts of East Sussex. We do one thing and we try to do it properly: helping people carry on living at home for as long as that is what they want. That means help with the everyday business of getting through the day. Getting up and dressed, a bath or a shower, medication taken on time, a proper meal cooked, the shopping fetched, the laundry done, a lift to the surgery. It also means company, which is not a soft extra. Loneliness does real harm, and a care worker who sits down for a cup of tea, looks at the photographs and remembers what was said last week is doing something genuinely useful. We keep the same care workers with the same households wherever we can, because familiarity is what builds trust, and if we are running late we ring rather than leaving somebody watching the window. Everything starts with a visit and a proper conversation at home, and the plan is written with the person and reviewed honestly. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch for an unhurried conversation.
