About The Willows
Here at The Willows, we are a residential care home based in Attleborough, Norfolk, supporting adults with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, and those who benefit from a more structured and nurturing environment. We also welcome younger adults and offer respite care for those who need a short break or temporary support. We know that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a person or family will make, and we do not take that lightly. Our aim is to create a genuine home from home, where the people we support feel safe, valued, and heard. We work hard to understand each person as an individual, building support around their preferences, routines, and goals rather than fitting them into ours. Our team works closely with residents, their families, and external professionals to make sure care plans reflect real lives and real needs. We believe that good communication is at the heart of everything, and we actively encourage families to stay involved and to raise anything on their minds at any time. We want to be straightforward with you. Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in a "requires improvement" rating, and we have taken that seriously. We have listened carefully to the findings, and we are actively working through clear and focused improvements. We are committed to being open about where we are and what we are doing about it, because honesty matters to us and to the people in our care. Attleborough is a lovely community and we are proud to be part of it.
