About Craigneil Residential Home
Here at Craigneil Residential Home, we provide older people in Morecambe and the surrounding areas of Lancashire with warm, attentive residential care in a place that genuinely feels like home. Whether someone is joining us for a permanent stay or for a period of respite, we work hard to make sure every person who comes through our door feels safe, comfortable and valued. We specialise in older person care, residential care and respite care, and we take the time to get to know each resident as an individual. Their preferences, routines, personalities and life histories all matter to us, and we use that understanding to shape the care and support we offer day to day. No two people are alike, and we would never treat them as though they were. Our team genuinely cares about the people who live here. That might sound like something every care home says, but we see it in practice each day, in the small conversations over a cup of tea, in the effort to remember what someone enjoys for breakfast, and in the way staff take time to sit and listen. Good care, in our view, is built from those moments as much as anything else. We are proud that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us as good across the board. That recognition matters to us, though we are always looking at how we can do things better. Our home sits in Morecambe, a town we are very much part of. Families and friends are always welcome, and we encourage people to stay connected to the community and to the lives they have built. If you would like to find out more about whether Craigneil Residential Home might be the right fit for you or someone you love, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
