About Warren Court
We are Warren Court in Purley. We provide both residential and nursing care, which means people can stay with us as their needs change rather than having to move on at a difficult moment. We care for older people and for younger adults, including many people living with dementia and people with a physical disability. Qualified nurses are on duty around the clock, so health problems are picked up early by staff who know the person and families are not left wondering about overnight cover. With that spread of need in one home, flexibility is essential. Nobody is woken to suit a rota, meals bend around the person, and how somebody spends the day is their own business. What we hold steady is that staff know residents well enough to see when a person is off their food, more withdrawn than usual or simply not right. Dementia care here depends on knowing the individual. We learn about the work somebody did, the family they raised and the routines that settle them, and we work with that rather than correcting anybody about the present. Families are kept properly informed, we ring early when we are concerned, and visitors are welcome whenever they want to come. Respite stays are available alongside permanent places. Our most recent CQC overall rating is good. Please contact us to arrange a visit.
