For a good number of the people we visit, the company matters as much as the practical help, and we do not treat conversation as something to be dropped when the round is running late. We agree the plan with the person at the start, put it in writing and review it as needs change. Our carers are trained and properly supervised, and we keep the same faces visiting the same people.
