About Hagan Hall
Hagan Hall provides care to people in their own homes in Jarrow and across South Tyneside. Home is where most people want to stay, and our job is to make that a practical option rather than a hopeful one. Our visits are shaped around the individual. Some people want a single call in the morning to get the day started properly. Others need support several times a day, or a longer period of company and help. We assist with washing and dressing, medication, meals, household tasks, shopping and getting out to appointments, and we do it at times that fit somebody's life. We work with older people and with younger adults. We support people living with dementia, people with a learning disability or autism, people managing mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with a visual or hearing impairment. Each of those calls for a slightly different approach, and we would rather adjust than hand everybody the same package. We agree the plan with the person, and with their family if they want that, and we go back to it when things change. If we spot something on a visit that worries us, we raise it straight away. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you are considering care at home in this area, please get in touch.
