About Community Care Direct
Here at Community Care Direct, we provide home care to people living in Southport and across the Sefton area. Our work centres on helping individuals remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, with support that fits around their lives rather than the other way around. We work with older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia or a physical disability. Each person we support has their own routines, preferences and circumstances, and we take time to understand what matters to them before we put any care arrangements in place.
