About Right at Home U.K

Right at Home supports people in their own homes across Liverpool and Sefton. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia or a mental health condition, people with a physical disability, and people with a visual or hearing impairment. The whole point of home care is that life carries on where it already is. Nobody has to pack up a house, leave a garden or learn a new neighbourhood. Our job is to fit around that rather than to reorganise it, so we start by asking how the household actually runs and build the support to match.
