From that we agree who comes, when and what they do, with family or an advocate involved whenever the person wants them there. Visits cover personal care, help with medication, meals and drinks, housework and laundry, shopping, getting to appointments, and company. For autistic people we give notice of change well in advance and pay attention to sensory needs. For those living with dementia we keep the same small team visiting and work at their pace.
