About Continued Care from Oakville
We provide care in people's own homes in Harrogate and across North Yorkshire. Our aim is to give people enough support to keep living where they want to live, arriving when we say we will and delivered by carers they know by name. We visit older people needing help with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where continuity of carer and a settled routine matter more than almost anything else we could offer. We support adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability and people whose sight or hearing is impaired, along with younger adults needing support to live independently. That range means briefing carers thoroughly before they start with somebody new, and keeping teams small around each person so support stays familiar and changes get noticed early. Everything starts with a home visit and an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. The plan is agreed rather than imposed and reviewed as needs change. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. Please get in touch to talk it through.
