The Sanctuary Community Care provides care and support to people in their own homes in Kettering and the surrounding area. We work with older people, and our experience covers dementia, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and sight and hearing loss. Support is worked out at home with the person and whoever they want present, not decided in advance. For some people a single short call each day is enough, perhaps to help with washing and dressing or to make sure medication has been taken. For others we come several times, with meals, company, help around the house and support to get out and about. The plan is agreed together and changes when life changes.
