About Passion to Care
Passion to Care provides care and support in people's own homes in Corby and across North Northamptonshire. We think care works best when it fits into the life somebody already has, and when the person receiving it stays in charge of how their day runs. We support older adults with the tasks that have become harder: washing and dressing, medication, meals, keeping on top of the house and getting out when they choose to. We support people living with dementia, where a familiar face and an unhurried manner do more good than anything else. We work with adults who have a learning disability or autism, building confidence and skills at the individual's own pace rather than taking over, and with people living with mental health conditions, where a steady relationship and staff who notice early changes make the real difference. We support people with physical disabilities, assisting with personal care and mobility while leaving the person to direct things, and younger adults, whose support is planned around work, study, family and independence. We keep the group of workers visiting each person as small as we can manage, because familiarity is what allows trust to build.
