About Live N Care
Live N Care provides care and support in people's own homes in Corby and across North Northamptonshire. We think care works best when it fits into the life somebody already has and leaves them in charge of how the day goes. We support older adults with the tasks that have become harder: washing and dressing, medication, meals, keeping on top of the house and getting out when they choose. We support people living with dementia, where a familiar face arriving at an expected time is worth more than anything else we could arrange. We work with adults who have a learning disability or autism, building confidence and skills at the person's own pace rather than taking over, and with people who have physical disabilities, helping with personal care and mobility while leaving the person directing things. We support people with a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we announce ourselves, speak and explain, and younger adults, whose support is planned around work, study, family and independence. We keep the team around each person small and consistent wherever we can, because continuity is what makes everything else possible. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are genuinely pleased about that, and equally clear that it reflects what was found at one point and has to be earned again every week.
