About Home Comfort Healthcare
We are Home Comfort Healthcare, a home care agency working in Corby and across North Northamptonshire. We support people in their own homes, which for most of the families who contact us is the whole point: staying put, keeping familiar surroundings, and bringing the help in rather than moving out. The people we visit are varied. Many are older and need reliable assistance with personal care, medication, meals and getting about the house. Others are younger adults living with a physical disability, a learning disability or autism, or a mental health condition. We support people living with dementia, and people whose sight or hearing has changed and who need care delivered with that in mind. Support begins with a conversation rather than a form. We want to know how someone likes their day to run, what they can still do for themselves and would rather keep doing, and where the real pressure points are. From that we agree a plan, put it in writing, and adjust it as things change. Continuity matters to us, so we keep the same carers going to the same households wherever the rota allows. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We take feedback seriously, from clients, from families and from our own staff, because that is usually where the useful information comes from. If you are weighing up care at home in the Corby area, do give us a call.
