About Healthy Homecare Services
Healthy Homecare supports people in their own homes across Boston and the wider Lincolnshire area. We were set up on a simple belief, which is that home is usually where people do best, and that with the right help at the right moments most people can stay there. We support a broad mix of people. Older adults make up much of our work, and we help with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and the small practical tasks that can otherwise pile up. We support people living with dementia, and we know how much difference it makes when the person at the door is someone familiar who already knows how the household runs. We also work with adults who have a learning disability or who are autistic, adults living with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment, people managing mental health conditions, and younger adults building confidence and independence. Every arrangement begins with a proper conversation about what matters to the person, what they want to keep doing themselves and where they actually want help. We write that down together and revisit it as things move on. Wherever possible we keep the same carers going to the same households. Our staff are trained and checked before they begin, and senior colleagues are available when a carer needs advice or a family needs reassurance.
