About Cotswold Carers
Cotswold Carers provides support at home to adults in Cheltenham and across Gloucestershire. We visit older people who need help to carry on living in their own houses, adults living with dementia, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment and younger adults who need support to live independently. Our visits cover personal care given without rushing, prompting and support with medication, meals, laundry, shopping and help to get out to appointments or simply out for some air. Some people need one short call a day, others several longer ones, and needs shift over time, so we review arrangements honestly rather than letting a care plan drift. Working across a town and a great deal of countryside means distances are real and public transport is thin. People here can become isolated long before they become unwell, so getting somebody out and keeping them connected is often as valuable as any practical task. We put most of our effort into continuity and timekeeping. The same carers, arriving when they said they would, is what separates home care that works from home care that adds to the worry. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch.
