Sapphire Home Care
Sapphire Home Care is a home care agency in Hastings, East Sussex (TN35 5BB). It holds a CQC rating of Good.
About Sapphire Home Care
Sapphire Home Care supports adults in their own homes in Hastings and across East Sussex. The people we visit are varied. Older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities, people whose sight or hearing has changed and people whose difficulties involve an eating disorder. With that range there is no standard package, and we do not offer one. We start by understanding how somebody's day actually goes, what they still do for themselves and want to keep doing, where things genuinely fall down and who else is already involved. From there we agree support that fits, put it in plain writing and change it as things change. Continuity is the part we guard most carefully. The same carers going to the same homes is what allows trust to build, particularly where somebody has been let down by support before, and it is how our staff notice that a person is eating less, sleeping badly or becoming unwell. We work alongside GPs, community teams, social workers and specialist support rather than in parallel with them, and we raise concerns promptly rather than waiting to be asked. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss support at home for yourself or somebody close to you.
