The same small team, introduced properly, arriving when we said and staying for the time agreed. Where somebody is living with dementia, or working on recovery, or managing a mental health condition, a familiar face and a predictable routine do more good than anything else we could offer. Our care staff are trained for the people they actually visit rather than given a single general induction, and we work alongside community and clinical teams rather than around them. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are proud of that and we are aware it describes how we were found on particular days, so we keep working at it.
