About Carrington Home Care

We are Carrington Home Care, based in Barnstaple and supporting adults in their own homes across north Devon. We support older people and people living with dementia, people living with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities, and people with a visual or hearing impairment. The work is practical: help with washing and dressing, support with medication, meals prepared properly, shopping, housework, and a hand getting out of the house. For some people that is one call a day and for others it is several. Covering a market town and a great deal of countryside, we plan our rounds realistically. We try hard to keep the same small group of workers going to the same person.
