About Care Gems
At Care Gems, we provide home care across Exeter and the wider Devon area, supporting people to live comfortably and independently in their own homes. Our work covers a broad range, from supporting older people who need a little extra help day to day, through to working with younger adults who have more specific care and support needs. We believe that care works best when it is built around the individual rather than fitted around a schedule. Getting to know the people we support, understanding their routines, their preferences and what matters most to them, is central to how we approach every care arrangement.
