Continuity is something we take seriously. Letting someone into your home to help with personal care requires trust, and trust is built by seeing the same faces. We keep teams small, we turn up when we say we will, and we tell people promptly if something has to change. Our carers are also our early warning system. Someone who visits regularly notices when a person is eating less, sleeping badly or seeming unsteady, and we act on those observations rather than filing them away.
