People should recognise the person at their door, and a carer who has been visiting for months already knows how someone takes their tea, which movements hurt and what an off day looks like. For someone living with dementia, an unfamiliar face can unsettle an entire morning. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. We are glad to explain how we work, introduce the people who would be visiting and let you take your time deciding.
