Blossom Home Care Poole provides care and support to people in their own homes across Poole and the surrounding area. We work with older people, younger adults, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities and people with sight or hearing loss. Our visits are deliberately longer than the quarter of an hour that home care is often squeezed into. For people living with dementia we keep the same small team visiting and take our lead from the person rather than from the clock. We also support family carers.
