About Reablement service

We are the reablement team covering Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole, supporting adults in their own homes. Our work is different from ordinary home care, and it is worth explaining why. Reablement is short term and aimed at helping somebody get back on their feet rather than at maintaining them. After an illness, a fall or a spell in hospital, a great deal can often be recovered if the support is pointed that way.
