Here at Fir Trees House in Epsom, Surrey, we provide residential care for a genuinely diverse group of people. We have been working through the feedback carefully and making real changes to how we operate. We would rather be open about that than gloss over it, and we are happy to talk through what has changed when families come to visit. Fir Trees House is a place where people live, not just a place where they receive care. We try to hold onto that distinction in everything we do, from how we plan support to how we spend an ordinary Tuesday afternoon with a resident who just wants some company.
